- CONSIGNMENT RETURNS - period is for 45 days. If you want your items returned at the end of the 45 day consignment period, it is the consignor’s responsibility to contact Urban Renewal and arrange a pick-up. Urban Renewal will not contact the consignor regarding consignment pick-up. At the end of the 45 day consignment period, if you have not arranged to pick-up your items or contacted Urban Renewal, your items will be donated to The Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Utah.
- PURCHASES - With the nature of Consigment business we do not accept returns after purchase.

If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Urban Renewal does not collect and store credit card information. Shipping and Handling
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
